The nose opens with the characteristic floral and herbal signature of Saaz hops, lifted and refined. Beneath this sits a soft malt foundation where the finger millet adds a subtle spicy-grain character—neither assertive nor buried, but woven into the whole. There is no yeast funk or phenolics; instead, a clean, approachable profile invites the next breath.

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with a clean bitterness that arrives balanced rather than aggressive. The mid-palate reveals the interplay of Malz and ragi—a soft, slightly spicy malt sweetness that the Edelhopfen notes keep from becoming cloying.
