The nose leads with the distinctive spicy, herbal character of Saaz hops—crisp and noble without aggression. Beneath lies a clean, softly granular malt base with a whisper of hay and white pepper. The overall impression is restrained and delicate, inviting rather than demanding attention.

The palate enters with a bright, dry malt sweetness that transitions quickly into a measured noble-hop bitterness. The body is light yet present, with a firm enough structure to support the fine bitterness without heaviness. The finish dries steadily, leaving a gentle grip of hop resin and grain on the tongue.
