Mad Butcher!

Tap to rate

Bold citrus leads this West Coast-style IPA, with floral and tropical notes alongside, brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops. Mad Butcher! is a comeback: Schell's acquired the rights to brew it again and spent about a year dialing in the recipe, with help from several employees who came over from Mankato Brewery. It is brewed in honor of John Hamilton and began as a pilot batch in the Bierhalle.
