Hop Pickers' Harvest
Hop Pickers' Harvest is the green-hop version of Hop Pickers' Pale and the brewery's first beer of its kind, first brewed in autumn 2025 only with freshly picked Ernest from Hukins Hop farm in Tenterden, Kent. Only hours pass between picking and the brewhouse, and there is no dry hop. Bright tropical and citrus fruit, subtle anise and a fresh floral, spicy, almost leafy character lead, with a touch more bitterness than the year-round pale. It is brewed once a year at harvest.

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.
The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.
Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.

hopIQ matches by flavor profile — not just style label. A beer with the same tropical, citrusy, floral character as Hop Pickers' Harvest will score highly even if brewed in a different country or under a different sub-style name.
