Pale golden haze with excellent clarity for the style, presenting a bright and inviting presentation. A thick, creamy white head forms readily and maintains excellent retention, characteristic of a well-crafted witbier. The fine carbonation creates a gentle effervescence that enhances the beer's refreshing appeal.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus notes—orange peel and subtle lemon—supported by classic witbier spice character from coriander and clove. Belgian yeast esters contribute gentle banana and phenolic spice in the background, creating a complex yet inviting aromatic profile. A subtle wheaten grain base anchors the composition without overwhelming the delicate adjunct aromas.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with smooth wheat and creamy mouthfeel, immediately followed by bright citrus and gentle spice notes. Mid-palate reveals layered complexity with clove, banana, and coriander creating an intricate dance, while a subtle sweetness balances the minimal bitterness. The low IBU profile allows the adjunct character to shine without hop interference, delivering a refreshingly balanced experience.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and crisp with excellent drinkability, the light body and low bitterness creating an extremely refreshing conclusion. A subtle lingering spice character from coriander and clove persists briefly without becoming obtrusive.

Serve cold to preserve the delicate citrus and spice aromas. Too warm and the yeast esters become heavy — too cold and the coriander disappears.
