Class 5 presents a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and fine carbonation visible throughout the glass. The head forms with modest density and clings to the rim with stable lacing, creating a delicate white foam collar that gradually subsides.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with fresh citrus peel and mandarin notes from the Australian hops, layered beneath bright tropical fruit—kiwi and passion fruit dominate the mid-range. Light floral and piney undertones emerge on deeper inhalation, with soft Carapils malt providing a gentle backdrop of pale grain sweetness.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with vibrant grapefruit and mandarin citrus, carrying through a malt-forward mid-section where the wheat and Carapils contribute a subtle dough-like sweetness without heaviness. A restrained 35 IBU bitterness emerges in the center, balancing the fruit and malt rather than dominating, with piney undertones persisting alongside a refreshing dryness.

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with lingering grapefruit and citrus peel fading into a subtle herbal note. Carbonation remains lively through the aftertaste, enhancing the refreshing character without leaving stickiness.
