◌ Aroma

The nose opens with distinctly stone-fruit and melon notes—ripe cantaloupe and honeydew lead the charge, followed by bright mango and citrus-forward yuzu. A subtle peach sweetness emerges alongside passion fruit undertones, with a playful bubblegum candy character recalling Juicy Fruit gum. The Hopsteiner varieties (Alora, Solero, Solero Salvo) deliver tropical and aromatic intensity without harshness.

The palate entry is soft and approachable, with the same melon and stone-fruit sweetness translating cleanly from the nose. Mid-palate shows tropical fruit depth—mango and yuzu carry through with peach and passion fruit layering beneath. Bitterness sits at a restrained 50 IBU, offering just enough Edelhopfen character to balance the fruit-forward sweetness without drying the finish.
