Robust notes of dark red fruit, figs and dried fruit, in taste closer to a Marsala-type wine than to beer: Resurrection is a still beer without carbonation, inspired by Tokaj Aszú. Grapes hung on wires for four months are gently crushed into the blend, and in the barrels oxidative tones develop, made possible by over 15 % alcohol and residual sugar, which only this beer keeps. A new batch appears every year.
