It is brewed with El Dorado, Simcoe, Mosaic and Columbus and dry-hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe. Pine and citrus peel lead the nose, while the palate brings grapefruit, orange zest and a light stone-fruit note before a crisp, dry finish with clear bitterness. The current recipe grew out of a series of trial batches. Ranked by flavour match rather than popularity.
