Bersalis Tripel ripens for 22 months on wooden barrels and foeders in the lambic cellars, where lactic bacteria and wild yeasts in the air and the wood set off a spontaneous second fermentation. Golden yellow, brewed with wheat and barley malt, hops, yeast and spices, 10.5 % ABV, in 37.5 cl bottles; editions run from 2014 to 2026.
