Beers similar to Smog Rat

hopIQ found 10 beers with the same hazy and sweet character as Smog Rat. Smog Rat is a double New England IPA, cloudy and thick in appearance, brewed with extra pale malt and plenty of oats and wheat. Amarillo and Nelson Sauvin provide the hop character: the brewery names citrus fruit first, and the two varieties typically add orange, gooseberry and a white-wine-like grape note. The mouthfeel is soft and full, with noticeable sweetness and a warming strength, and the bitterness remains restrained. It joined the Rat line in September 2025.
