Five malt varieties go into it, and the brewery still works with a bottom-fermenting yeast strain dating from the last century, which it credits for the full character. The long lagering supplies the depth. At 6.5 percent it is the strongest beer under the Lindeboom name apart from the anniversary quadrupel.
