It is bottled unfiltered straight from the lagering cellar, which leaves it amber and naturally hazy. Hallertau hops lend a fine aroma and a gentle bitterness that stays present to the end. Malt, hops and a light fruity sweetness meet on nose and palate; the yeast makes it soft, round and lightly spicy, and lower carbonation keeps it smooth.
