hopIQ found 10 beers with the same hazy and fruity character as Hellseher. Hellseher is a pale Kellerbier that brewmaster Fabian Skaggs developed in 2024 as a special batch for the Franconian beer scene in Rome, where it was tapped at several bars. It has been brewed again since and is also poured at the Griess-Keller in Geisfeld. After six weeks of lagering it goes out unfiltered, a hazy gold under a white, dense, creamy head. The nose is fruity and lightly floral over a grainy base. On the palate soft malt, fruity hop notes and a faint touch of honey stay in balance, ending semi-dry with a lingering, moderate bitterness.
