Beers similar to Muthur Funker

hopIQ found 10 beers that share Muthur Funker's sour and tart character. A golden sour aged twelve months in barrel on BentSpoke's house mixed culture, then blended back with fresh beer to lift the aroma and take the edge off the acidity. The result is sharply tart, with sweet-bitter lemon at the front and the funk the brewery itself describes as horse blanket and musty carpet behind it. The body is light and the finish dry, and there is no hop character to speak of.
