The Call presents a hazy, golden-amber body with excellent luminosity despite its cloudiness from the dry-hopping regimen. A soft white head forms readily and clings to the glass with gentle persistence, leaving delicate lacing on the walls. Fine carbonation lifts the suspension, creating a vibrant, inviting visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced tropical and citrus intensity—ripe mango and fresh pineapple dominate, supported by zesty orange peel and a subtle piney undertone. Noble hops speak clearly without aggression, their resinous character woven throughout rather than shouting. A clean, dry character suggests restraint in the malt foundation, allowing the hop aroma to remain the focal point.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and rounded, with the juicy fruit character carrying forward from the aroma onto a lush, medium-bodied palate. Bitterness builds progressively but remains restrained at 40 IBUs, serving as structural backbone rather than dominating force. The mid-palate balances citrus and tropical notes with a gentle resinous grip, creating complexity that belies the sessionable 5% ABV.

The finish is clean and refreshing, with gently resinous notes lingering without harshness. A light drying sensation on the palate invites the next sip, leaving no cloying sweetness—a true session character.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.
