A striking rose-pink hue dominates the glass, achieved through the infusion of hibiscus flowers. The beer presents excellent clarity with a delicate white head that settles into fine lacing along the glass. Moderate carbonation generates persistent, tight bubbles that sustain the presentation throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with prominent floral hibiscus notes that sit alongside classic witbier aromatics of coriander and subtle citrus zest. Beneath these bright top notes lies a soft, grainy wheat character that grounds the composition. A delicate yeasty undertone adds complexity without overwhelming the delicate florality.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens crisp and clean, with the tart hibiscus tartness providing bright acidity on entry. Mid-palate reveals the witbier foundation: wheat softness paired with restrained coriander spice and a whisper of sweetness. Bitterness remains gentle at 15 IBU, allowing the floral and spice elements to remain in the foreground without harsh edges.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and refreshing, with the tartness lingering briefly before fading to a dry, slightly mineral conclusion. The aftertaste retains a subtle floral echo without any cloying residue.

Kalt servieren, um die zarten Zitrus- und Gewürzaromen zu erhalten. Zu warm werden die Hefe-Ester schwer — zu kalt verschwindet der Koriander.

Das hohe, schlanke Weizenglas fasst die volle 50cl-Portion und zeigt die trüb-goldene Farbe. Das breite Mundstück lässt Zitrus- und Gewürzaromen frei aufsteigen.
