The nose opens with dark stone fruit—plum and black cherry—layered beneath warming Belgian yeast esters that carry honeyed spice. Beneath lies a chocolate-forward malt character that grounds the bouquet without dominance, inviting a slow unfold.

Caramel and dark chocolate form the foundation, meeting ripe plum and cherry notes across the mid-palate with remarkable smoothness for the alcohol weight. The Belgian yeast character adds warmth and subtle honey sweetness without cloying, while noble hop bitterness (20 IBU) provides gentle restraint and balance throughout.

The finish is neither sharp nor sticky—a clean, moderately long fade that leaves warmth and a faint echo of stone fruit and honey. A contemplative aftertaste, neither demanding nor fading too quickly.
