Wolfshöher Hell presents a bright straw-yellow hue, translucent and cleanly rendered. The head is snow-white, dense, and persistent, clinging evenly to the glass with fine retention. Carbonation is visible as a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the clear body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with soft cereal and straw notes, clean and straightforward. Fresh grain predominates, supported by a delicate herbal character that suggests noble hop varieties used with restraint. No yeast esters or adjunct sweetness intrude; the bouquet remains light and inviting.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and approachable, with pale malt providing the foundation without weight. The mid-palate shows only faint sweetness, staying dry and lean throughout. A subtle herbal hop bitterness emerges late in the palate, building gently toward the finish without aggression.
