◎ Aussehen

Pale yellow, crystalline and bright, with excellent clarity characteristic of a well-filtered Helles. A fine, compact white head forms readily and maintains good lacing on the glass. Carbonation is steady and refined, neither aggressive nor flat.

◌ Aroma

The nose is gentle and grain-forward, leading with soft notes of bread crust and breakfast cereal from Munich and extra-pale Pilsner malt. Tradition and Saphir hops contribute a restrained herbal and floral character—more whisper than shout—with no sharp edges. Clean and subtle throughout, with no yeast phenolics or adjunct notes.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and slightly sweet from soft malt character, balanced by the beer's low bitterness of 17 IBU. The mid-palate maintains a gentle malt sweetness without heaviness, while restrained noble hop bitterness provides structure without dominating. Clean lager character allows the interplay of malt and subtle hop herbal notes to remain prominent.

◑ Abgang

The finish is smooth and rounded, tapering gradually without harsh edges or lingering astringency. A light, dry malt note persists in the aftertaste, leaving the palate refreshed rather than fatigued.
