Pale straw yellow with a distinctly hazy, opaque body from suspended yeast and wheat protein. A modest white head forms quickly and dissipates into a thin collar; lacing clings softly to the glass as the beer is consumed. The turbidity is characteristic of the style—inviting rather than murky.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with soft, ripe banana esters and subtle clove phenolics—both derived entirely from the yeast strain with no additional spicing. Gentle wheat malt undertones provide a clean, bready foundation. The overall impression is delicate and approachable, with no aggressive hop character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens soft and light, with a prominent wheat grain character balanced by mild bitterness from noble-style hopping. Banana and clove notes persist gently through the mid-palate, layered with faint citrus notes and a smooth, slightly creamy mouthfeel. Bitterness remains restrained at 18 IBU, allowing the yeast-driven fruit to speak clearly.

The finish is clean and crisp, drying quickly without astringency. A whisper of bready yeast character lingers briefly on the palate, inviting another sip.
