◎ Aussehen

Pale straw yellow with pronounced haze from suspended yeast and wheat proteins, giving the beer a soft, cloudy appearance. A dense, creamy white head forms quickly and clings persistently to the glass, leaving a fine lattice of lacing as you drink. Fine carbonation creates a gentle shimmer throughout the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes—fresh orange peel and subtle lemon zest—layered beneath a gentle spice character from coriander. Soft wheat and yeast contribute a light, grainy sweetness with a hint of banana and clove typical of Belgian witbier fermentation. The aromatics remain delicate and inviting rather than assertive.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens soft and smooth, with wheat malts delivering a light, slightly sweet entry that feels creamy on the tongue. Mid-palate brings forward the promised citrus and coriander interplay, while a subtle spice warmth develops without any harshness. Bitterness remains restrained at 15 IBU, allowing the adjunct spices and citrus to dominate; the finish is clean and dry.

◑ Abgang

The beer fades with a crisp, refreshing dryness that leaves wheat and a whisper of orange on the finish. No residual sweetness clings; the aftertaste remains clean and inviting, encouraging another sip.

Kalt servieren, um die zarten Zitrus- und Gewürzaromen zu erhalten. Zu warm werden die Hefe-Ester schwer — zu kalt verschwindet der Koriander.

Das hohe, schlanke Weizenglas fasst die volle 50cl-Portion und zeigt die trüb-goldene Farbe. Das breite Mundstück lässt Zitrus- und Gewürzaromen frei aufsteigen.
