Deep amber to brown in color, displaying the characteristic darkness of a Wee Heavy style ale. The beer presents with moderate clarity and a thick, creamy head that demonstrates good retention and lacing. Carbonation is moderate, appropriate to the style's full-bodied character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pronounced caramel and toffee notes, underscored by a gentle malt sweetness that recalls honey and biscuit. There is a subtle warmth in the background from the spirit character without any sharp alcohol burn. Light toasty notes emerge as the beer opens, contributing earthiness beneath the dominant sweetness.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with rich caramel malt sweetness and carries a full, creamy body throughout the tasting. Bitterness is restrained at 20 IBU, allowing the malt profile to dominate without cloying. Mid-palate develops dark fruit and bready undertones, while the overall character remains smooth and well-integrated, with alcohol warmth providing structure.

The finish is warm and lingering, with caramel and subtle honey notes persisting on the palate. A gentle warming sensation from the 7.5% ABV extends the experience without becoming hot or harsh.
