Pours a hazy orange-gold with a soft, diffuse appearance characteristic of the style. The cloudiness comes from oats and wheat in the grist, creating a full, opaque body. Head retention is moderate, with delicate lacing that gradually retreats.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by stone and tropical fruit—passion fruit, mango, and pineapple lead the charge, with tangerine and strawberry-like fruitiness following close behind. Beneath the fruit lies the resinous, slightly dank character of Strata hops, adding complexity and earthy undertone to the fruity top notes.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is round and lightly sweet, with the soft body from oats and wheat delivering a full mouthfeel without heaviness. Mid-palate reveals subtle floral notes and continued fruit character, balanced by restrained bitterness from the 45 IBUs. The structure is smooth and approachable rather than sharp or aggressive.

The finish is long and resinous, with Strata's herbal-dank profile lingering pleasantly on the palate. Bitterness fades gradually rather than assertively, leaving behind a dry, slightly herbal aftertaste.
