◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by tropical stone fruit and citrus notes—mango, passionfruit, and grapefruit rind emerge immediately from the Rakau and Mosaic hops. Beneath the fruit, a resinous pine character adds structure and herbaceous depth. Clean fermentation allows the hop character to shine without yeast-derived esters or phenols.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a crisp, dry entry that showcases the tropical fruit character found on the nose—mango and passionfruit are prominent. The mid-palate brings a building resinous bitterness with piney, herbal notes that create a gripping sensation. Bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, neither harsh nor fleeting, with a dry finish that leaves the mouth clean and slightly astringent.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and persistent, with resinous hop character lingering on the palate and coating the back of the throat. The aftertaste remains clean and hoppy, fading gracefully without harsh edges.
