Bright golden-amber hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head. Carbonation is crisp and even, with delicate lacing that clings to the glass as the beer is consumed. The overall presentation conveys freshness and careful conditioning.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical fruit notes—pineapple and passion fruit—layered with citrus zest and white grapefruit. Herbal and resinous hop character frames the bouquet without overwhelming it. Underlying malt provides a subtle grain backbone that doesn't interfere with the primary hop expression.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with tropical and citrus character that mirrors the aroma, evolving into a clean, assertive bitter finish. Malt sweetness is restrained, allowing the Edelhopfen to dominate the mid-palate without astringency. The bitterness is well-integrated rather than harsh, with a dry, crisp mouthfeel that invites the next sip.

The finish is clean and lingering, with residual citrus and herbal hop notes persisting on the palate. Dryness builds gradually, leaving no cloying sweetness behind.
