Carbonation is evident but gentle, creating a soft mousse rather than aggressive bubbles.

The nose leads with sweet, grainy barley notes reminiscent of fresh bread and soft wheat flour. A subtle noble hop character emerges on closer inspection, adding a faint herbal and slightly spicy backdrop without assertive aromatics. The overall impression is mild and inviting, with no harsh or overly fruity esters.

The palate opens with a soft, malty sweetness anchored by pale base malt character. The mid-palate remains light and smooth, allowing the bready backbone to dominate without heaviness.
