Earthy undertones emerge alongside subtle dark fruit notes—plum and raisin—that add complexity without dominating. The overall impression is savory and malt-forward, with restrained hop presence.

Rich roasted malt dominates the palate from entry through mid-palate, with chocolate and coffee flavors weaving throughout. Bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, never harsh, while the body remains full and smooth.
