◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with bright clarity and fine carbonation throughout. A tight, persistent head forms and clings to the glass with deliberate restraint, leaving fine lines of lacing on the way down. The body is light and translucent, typical of a well-executed Pilsner.

◌ Aroma

Noble hops dominate the nose with floral and herbal notes characteristic of traditional German Edelhopfen varieties. A soft bready undertone emerges from the floor-malted Pilsner base, adding gentle grain sweetness without dominating. The overall impression is clean and refined, with no yeast-derived esters or sulfur compounds.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens crisp and dry, with the Pilsner Malz delivering a light, slightly grainy foundation. Noble-hop bitterness builds steadily through the mid-palate at 50 IBU, assertive for the style without becoming aggressive or harsh. The finish remains bone-dry and mineral-forward, with a lingering herbal bite that frames the clean, refreshing character.

The aftertaste is short to medium in length, leaving behind mineral and herbal notes rather than any residual sweetness. A crisp, drying sensation persists on the tongue, inviting the next sip.

Gut gekühlt bei 4–6°C für maximale Frische servieren. Ein zu warm serviertes Pilsner verliert seinen charakteristischen Biss.
