◎ Aussehen

Medium golden yellow under generous, loose white foam that settles gradually. The body holds a light, bright clarity with steady carbonation evident in the glass. Head retention is moderate, leaving a thin collar of foam along the rim.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pithy citrus and pine from Simcoe and Chinook, underpinned by a resinous, herbal edge. Overripe mango and pineapple notes drift through the mid-range, adding tropical depth without overwhelming the hop-forward character. Liquid Simcoe and Cryo processing bring a crisp, clean quality to the overall impression.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is bright and hoppy, with citrus and pine flavors establishing immediate presence across the palate. The mid-palate develops a firm bitterness that coats evenly, while overripe mango weaves through to add complexity. Mosaic and Citra round out the bitter charge without excess harshness, maintaining balance throughout.

◑ Abgang

Crisp and dry, with lingering bitterness that fades cleanly into a refreshing aftertaste. No residual sweetness or alcohol warmth; the finish stays lean and hoppy to the end.
