Run Wild presents a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent head that clings to the glass with defined lacing. The carbonation is lively and even, characteristic of a well-crafted IPA despite its alcohol-free nature. The beer's visual clarity and color intensity belie its lack of alcohol content.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive pine and citrus notes from Citra and Mosaic hops, creating a fresh and inviting aromatic profile. Beneath the hop-forward character lies a subtle supporting malt presence from the US and German grain bill, adding gentle backbone without dominating. The resinous quality is prominent and clean, typical of Northwest hop blends.

The palate opens with immediate hop bitterness and citrus flavor that occupies the midpoint of the bitterness spectrum at 35 IBU. The malt base is deliberately restrained, providing just enough sweetness and body to support the hop-driven profile without creating heaviness. The finish is crisp and refreshing, with lingering hop bitterness and a dry, clean conclusion.

The aftertaste is dry and lingering, with residual hop bitterness and subtle pine notes persisting cleanly. The overall sensation is refreshing and thirst-quenching, with no cloying sweetness or alcohol warmth.
