Dreams

◎ Aussehen

Dreams presents a glowing, opaque orange hue that catches the light with warmth and vitality. A dense white foam crowns the pour, settling into persistent lacing that clings to the glass throughout the tasting. The cloudiness characteristic of the style frames the beer's generous body and soft carbonation.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright orange sherbet and passionfruit sorbet notes, leading with the aromatic signature of hand-selected American and New Zealand hops. Tropical stone fruit and subtle berry undertones layer beneath, creating a multi-dimensional bouquet that remains inviting and fresh throughout the glass.

◐ Geschmack

Entry delivers fresh orange and pulpy mango character, with the palate developing a gentle berry complexity that rounds out the mid-section. Bitterness remains subtle and restrained, allowing the fruit-driven hop profile to dominate while a soft, full mouthfeel carries through without sharp edges. The balance favors approachability over assertive bitterness.

◑ Abgang

The finish extends cleanly with lingering citrus and tropical notes, maintaining the beer's characteristic softness without drying the palate. A full, juicy mouthfeel persists from first sip through final note, leaving an impression of gentle fruit and balanced restraint.
