◎ Aussehen

Pale straw yellow with a dense, persistent haze throughout the body. The head is substantial and creamy, with good retention and fine lacing that clings to the glass. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, giving the beer a soft, pillowy appearance characteristic of the hazy IPA style.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by Citra's tropical and citrus character. Pineapple and melon lead, backed by bright lime zest and subtle passionfruit notes. The malt base recedes into the background, allowing the hop aromatics to command attention without any harsh resinous edges.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and juicy, with mango and passionfruit flavours unfolding across the mid-palate. A gentle twist of grapefruit zest arrives late, adding definition without aggression. Bitterness is restrained and refined, allowing the hop character to remain in the foreground while the body stays light and creamy.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and relatively short, fading into a lingering citrus note. The beer leaves the palate refreshed, with no harsh edges or lingering astringency.
