◎ Aussehen

A pale, slightly hazy golden yellow with the characteristic soft turbidity of wheat malt suspended in solution. The head forms quickly and holds with moderate persistence, leaving fine lacing on the glass. Carbonation is evident and lively, creating a bright, effervescent appearance.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads immediately with tropical fruit esters: juicy pineapple and sweet orange dominate the top notes, followed by a subtle citrus sharpness from lime. A soft, bready malted wheat base sits underneath, providing structure without overshadowing the fruit. No hop bitterness intrudes on the aromatic profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with prominent stone fruit and tropical sweetness, driven by the pineapple and orange additions. The wheat malz foundation is delicate and grainy, contributing a light, slightly doughy character that keeps the beer from cloying. Bitterness is minimal at 12 IBU, allowing the fruit and malt sweetness to remain in full focus.

The finish is short and tangy, with a sharp lime edge cutting through the residual sweetness and cleansing the palate quickly. The aftertaste remains fruit-forward without lingering, inviting another sip.
