◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with beetroot earthiness developing across the mid-palate alongside a pleasant fruitiness and dry, peppery spice from the yeast character. Bitterness is restrained at 28 IBU, allowing the adjunct and malt to shine without harshness. The finish transitions toward a clean, mineral-like dryness that lingers briefly but cleanly.

Serviertemperatur 6–9°C
