◎ Aussehen

Pale golden-amber body with pronounced haze throughout, created by the suspended yeast and proteins typical of the style. A dense, off-white head forms with good Schaumhaftung, gradually receding to a persistent collar. Bright carbonation is visible as a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the cloudy matrix.

◌ Aroma

Sabro and Idaho 7 hops lead with warm coconut and tropical stone fruit—peach and mango dominate the mid-range. Beneath lies a soft, clean malt base with subtle grainy sweetness, allowing the hop character to remain foremost. No obvious yeast esters; the aroma remains dry and forward-facing.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters soft and juicy, with immediate tropical and citrus notes that build through the mid-palate. Coconut character persists subtly alongside the bright hop bitterness—restrained at 40 IBU but present and clean. A smooth, light-bodied structure carries these flavors without astringency, finishing dry and slightly herbal.

◑ Abgang

The finish fades to a persistent dry, hoppy note without harshness. A subtle coconut warmth lingers briefly before the beer returns to a clean, refreshing baseline.
