Ripe peach leads the bouquet with immediate intensity, supported by apricot skin notes that add gentle tartness. Behind the stone fruit sits a light tropical lift from the Dolcita dry-hop, suggesting subtle citrus and herbal undertones without dominating the profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens clean and crisp, with peach purée providing the dominant flavor note. The malt base is thin and cracker-like, letting the fruit expression take center stage while the Dolcita hop adds a measured bitterness and citrus character. The body is light and refreshing, with minimal sweetness despite the fruit load.

The finish is notably dry, with the bitterness and tropical hop persisting gently rather than fading abruptly. No syrup or residual sweetness lingers; instead, a crisp, refreshing quality carries the beer to closure.
