Mahogany-brown in color with excellent clarity and a persistent tan head that clings to the glass walls with fine Schaumhaftung. The carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, creating a composed, refined presentation typical of the American Porter style.

The nose presents a restrained roasted character with pronounced dark chocolate and subtle coffee richness that emerges gradually. No sharp grain notes or fermentation esters dominate; instead, a malty sweetness underlies the roasted aromatics, inviting further inspection.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with smooth malty depth and chocolate notes that persist through the mid-palate without cloying. Bitterness builds cleanly toward the finish, balancing the dark sweetness and contributing structure without aggression; the body remains medium-full and approachable.

The finish is pleasantly bitter and dry, with lingering roasted and coffee notes that fade gradually. The aftertaste remains clean and composed, leaving no harshness or astringency.
