◎ Aussehen

Golden-pale straw color with bright clarity characteristic of the style. The unfiltered nature creates a subtle haze that catches light warmly. Head retention is moderate, with fine lacing that adheres intermittently to the glass; carbonation presents as a gentle, persistent stream rather than aggressive bubbling.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with spicy hop character and light citrus notes from Kazbek and Vital varieties, with the cold-hopping contributing a crisp, grassy edge. Beneath the hop signature, pale and Munich malts contribute a soft, bread-like undertone with hints of honey sweetness. The 6% ABV remains well-integrated, allowing the aromatic complexity to take precedence without warming alcohol vapors.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is full-bodied and malty, with a rounded sweetness from the decoction-brewed grain bill establishing a sturdy foundation. Mid-palate develops a distinctive hop-spice character that builds gradually, complemented by subtle caramel undertones. Bitterness arrives in the mid-to-late palate as a hop-driven medium bite, crisp and clean rather than harsh, finishing with a dry, slightly resinous edge.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and moderately long, with hop bitterness fading to a dry, slightly warming alcohol impression that underscores the beer's strength. Residual malt sweetness balances the drying effect, leaving a smooth, spiced aftertaste.
