The nose opens with layered citrus—grapefruit and orange zest—backed by resiny pine and herbal floral notes. Earthy undertones emerge beneath, suggesting noble hop character, while subtle Malz contributes a clean, grainy foundation without dominating the hop-forward expression.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and hop-defined, with bright citrus and piney resin flowing across the palate. Mid-palate develops earthy, herbal complexity and a dry, slightly woody quality; the 55 IBU bitterness is firm and resolute without harshness. Malt provides restrained backbone, allowing the hop layers to remain in focus.

The finish is clean and lingering, with drying bitterness and herbal notes persisting into the aftertaste. No harshness or astringency mars the close; instead, a balanced complexity leaves the palate ready for the next sip.
