A clean, floral nose leads with Hallertauer Tradition and Spalter Select hops, offering subtle spice and herbal notes. Beneath sits a soft, approachable sweetness of bread crust and honey from Bavarian barley malt, with no harsh phenolic or yeast-driven character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens soft and grainy, revealing the malt's gentle sweetness before a touch of bright lemon acidity enters the mid-palate. The 20 IBU of Hallertauer Herkules bitterness arrives clean and measured, never aggressive, maintaining a rounded, smooth mouthfeel throughout.
