◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a bright, persistent head. The beer displays fine carbonation and good lacing retention on the glass, characteristic of a well-crafted IPA with balanced wheat and oat content in the grist.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright lemon rind and tropical fruit notes, underpinned by a soft pine resin character from the generous Citra hopping. Subtle honey and wheaten notes provide gentle sweetness and texture, while the overall impression remains fresh and herbaceous without sharp alcohol heat.

◐ Geschmack

Medium-bodied with an approachable entry that balances hoppy bitterness against subtle malt sweetness. The mid-palate showcases layered tropical and citrus flavors with persistent resinous undertones, while the pronounced bitterness remains smooth and integrated rather than harsh. Wheat and oat adjuncts contribute gentle texture and a touch of honey character.

◑ Abgang

Closes dry and resinous with lingering pine hop character. The aftertaste is clean with no lingering sweetness, leaving a pleasant bitter-herbal impression that invites the next sip.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
