Pale golden-yellow with a soft, hazy veil throughout—characteristic of the New England style. The head forms quickly and settles to a thin, wispy collar with modest lacing. Bright carbonation rises steadily, lending the beer a lively, approachable appearance despite its cloudiness.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—lemon zest and grapefruit—layered beneath white grape and stone fruit notes from the Nelson Bliss. Oat and wheat contribute a soft, bready undertone that tempers the hop intensity. The overall impression is fruit-forward and welcoming rather than aggressively bitter.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and slightly creamy, driven by oats and wheat that frame the hop character without heaviness. Mid-palate develops layers of passionfruit, citrus, and white grape alongside a gentle, non-aggressive bitterness. The finish tapers cleanly, with lingering citrus and fruit without harshness or drying sensation.

Dry but not austere, with citrus and white grape persisting for several minutes. The 6.8% ABV remains entirely in the background, allowing fruit and hop character to dominate the aftertaste.
