Pale straw yellow with a soft haze throughout, characteristic of the style. The head is pillowy and well-sustained, leaving distinct lacing on the glass as it recedes. Fine carbonation rises steadily, maintaining gentle turbidity.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—grapefruit zest and orange peel from Citra and Riwaka—layered beneath a woody, resinous pine character from Columbus. Subtle oat and wheat grain rounds out the back, contributing a soft, cereal undertone without assertiveness.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and refreshing, with immediate citrus impact followed by a herbal and piney mid-palate from the Columbus hop. Oats and wheat provide a gentle, full body that prevents harshness; the bitterness builds gradually, settling into a balanced herbal-resinous bite rather than sharp IBU spike.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste is dry and lingering, with pine and herbal notes persisting pleasantly without astringency. A clean, refreshing close that invites another sip.
