◎ Aussehen

Pale golden yellow with excellent clarity and bright transparency. A creamy, persistent white head forms on the pour and clings to the glass with fine lacing as the beer recedes. Carbonation is lively and visible, with fine bubbles rising steadily through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by clean citrus notes—bright lemon and grapefruit pith—backed by herbaceous noble hop character. A subtle grain sweetness from the pale malz base provides balance without obstruction. The hop profile remains crisp and aromatic rather than resinous, inviting immediate tasting.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is light and clean with gentle malt sweetness quickly overtaken by balanced citrus and herbal hop bitterness. Mid-palate remains dry and refreshing, allowing the hop bitterness to develop without heaviness. The 40 IBU threshold sits perfectly at the edge of perception—enough to define the beer, not enough to overwhelm the session-beer format.

◑ Abgang

The finish is crisp and short, fading to a pleasant dry aftertaste with lingering herbal hop notes. No cloying residue remains—the beer clears the palate cleanly, inviting another sip.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.
