Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright, lively carbonation. A dense white head forms and maintains firm adhesion to the glass, leaving defined lacing on each sip. The overall impression is clean and inviting.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus—lemon zest and grapefruit pith—layered with distinct tropical stone fruit notes of mango and peach. Behind the hops sits a subtle, warm grain foundation that grounds the composition without overwhelming the bright, herbaceous character. Floral notes from noble hop varieties add refinement.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with immediate hop-driven citrus and stone fruit, delivering the full flavor complexity expected from a traditional IPA despite the low alcohol. A light, bready malt sweetness provides just enough structure to balance the 40 IBUs of bittering, which builds gradually through the mid-palate without harshness. The finish is dry and clean, leaving a pleasant resinous herb character on the tongue.

The aftertaste is crisp and moderately long, with lingering citrus zest and a subtle herbal bitterness. No cloying sweetness remains—only a refreshing, mineral-tinged dryness that invites the next sip.
