Cascade hops deliver prominent citrus—fresh lemon zest and grapefruit—alongside subtle floral notes of chamomile and herbal green tea. A clean, neutral malt base supports the hops without competing. No yeast-derived esters or sulfur compounds cloud the nose; the profile remains crisp and forward.

The palate opens with mild cereal malt sweetness that recedes quickly into a dry, mineral finish. Cascade hops bring citric acidity and a gentle herbal bite without aggressive bitterness; the 25 IBU sits well beneath the threshold of harshness.
