DAB Zero presents a pale straw yellow color with excellent clarity and bright transparency. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation is lively and visible, delivering the visual expectation of a well-made lager.

◌ Aroma

The nose offers a straightforward malt-forward character with soft grain notes and a touch of breadiness. Light noble hop aromatics emerge beneath, adding subtle herbal and slightly floral undertones without aggression. The overall bouquet remains delicate and approachable, free of the harsh or chemical notes sometimes found in zero-alcohol brews.

On the palate, a gentle malty sweetness forms the foundation, supported by a clean, soft body that remains refreshingly light. Moderate hop bitterness (22 IBU) provides structure and balance rather than domination, creating an interplay between restrained grain character and herbal edge. The finish transitions cleanly without residual sweetness or flatness.
