◎ Aussehen

Pale golden in color with excellent clarity and a bright, inviting hue characteristic of the style. The head forms dense and persistent, with fine Schaumkleiden clinging to the glass walls as you drink. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a gentle cascade that sustains throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by bright citrus notes—lemon and lime peel—layered with herbal and grassy undertones from the Simcoe and Vic Secret hops. Beneath these lies a spicy, peppery quality with hints of tropical stone fruit and subtle pine resin. The malt base remains restrained, allowing the Edelhopfen to occupy the foreground.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and clean, with immediate citrus bite followed by a full mid-palate of tropical and herbal character. The bitterness is moderate and well-balanced, at 80 IBU, arriving mid-palate without harsh edges and fading into a dry, grassy finish. Alcohol warmth is present but restrained at 8.5%, adding subtle depth without dominating.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and relatively dry, with lingering lemony and herbal notes that fade gradually. A subtle spicy warmth and faint pine resin persist on the palate, inviting another sip.
