◎ Aussehen

A hazy golden-amber body with excellent opacity characteristic of the New England style. The head is dense and persistent, forming fine lacing that adheres well to the glass. Bright carbonation is evident throughout, with fine bubbles rising steadily through the cloudy suspension.

◌ Aroma

Intensely aromatic on the nose, leading with tropical stone fruit and juicy mango notes from Vic Secret hops, followed by bright citrus zest and subtle piney undertones from Simcoe. Soft, rounded malt provides a gentle sweetness in the background without asserting grain or bready character. A light floral note adds complexity without overwhelming the fruit-forward profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters soft and creamy, with the juicy fruit character translating smoothly from nose to mouth—mango and citrus peel dominant. Bitterness remains restrained at 50 IBU, integrated rather than sharp, allowing the hoppy character to shine through as a clean, refreshing sensation rather than a harsh bite. Mid-palate remains full and smooth, with subtle tropical and citrus complexity that builds gently toward the finish.

◑ Abgang

A clean, medium-length finish with persistent citrus and pine notes fading gradually. The aftertaste remains refreshing and dry, with no lingering harshness or sticky residue.
